Abdullah Qasmi
Pranav Nagaveykar is the visionary behind XLEX Batteries Pvt Ltd, bringing over a decade of expertise in battery pack design, research, and development. He is involed in research on Future of Lithium batteries, including Lithium sulfur, solid state batteries with CEA (Centre of atomic energy) and Paris Saclay.
Pranav is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of next-generation energy storage technologies. With 10 years of industry experience, he has worked with leading organizations such as FEV France (Maserati, Total Energies, Valeo), CNRS Lab, Caterpillar, FORD, TATA Motors, and Kamaal Engineers—contributing to battery innovation, testing, and electrification projects. His academic journey includes an MEngg. in Heat & Power Engineering from the University of Pune, where he developed a patented liquid immersion-cooled battery pack design in January 2023.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Pranav is passionate about teaching high school and graduate students, as well as conducting personal research projects that align with the vision of XLEX Batteries and academia.
