Laser Welding of Cells
Proven busbar-to-cell laser welding capability. Equipped with a 3-axis laser welding system and a powerful 3kW laser for welding thick aluminium and copper busbars directly onto cell tabs.
Cell Holders
Custom-designed cell holders using a 1-meter bed 3D printer. Supports all battery configurations with high flexibility.
Pack Testing

Engineering Core
With more than a decade of experience spanning global automotive, aerospace, and battery research ecosystems, Pranav has worked with leading organizations including FEV Group, contributing to projects for brands such as Maserati, TotalEnergies, and Valeo. His earlier experience also includes engineering exposure with organizations such as Caterpillar Inc., Ford Motors, and Tata Motors, where he worked on Battery Pack R&D projects.
He is actively involved in advanced solid-state batteries, with his ongoing PhD research in Universite Paris‑Saclay (ICCMO lab, CNRS lab and CEA).
Over 10 years of experience spanning STEM education, Project Management, Business Development, Research coordination, and startup ecosystem development. Her interdisciplinary experience bridges technology, education, and startup incubation.
