Founder & Director

Pranav Nagaveykar is the visionary behind XLEX Batteries Pvt Ltd, bringing over a decade of expertise in battery pack design, research, and development. 

A PhD* in Solid State Batteries along with 10+ years of industry experience, he has worked with leading organizations such as FEV France (Maserati, Total Energies, Valeo), Volador FlyTech, CNRS Lab, Caterpillar, FORD, TATA Motors — contributing to battery innovation & EV projects. Along with an ongoing research on Advanced Lithium Battery Chemistries with CEA and Paris Saclay, he holds' a Masters' in Thermal Engineering & Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune.
